Muffs ob dual water pickup bravo 1

How do you block off the nose pickup on a dual water pickup Bravo x so I can use the muffs

You shouldn't have to, after you start the engine the suction from the sea pump will take over and all water from the muffs will be drawn in

If I don't hold my hand over the nose it picks up very little water.. I put new pumps on this winter maybe that will make the differance .. Thanks

thats also what i use,,,,,masking tape,,metal tape,,,any tape i can find at the moment.jus dont forget to take it off before you splash your boat.
