How does this go together???
 

this actuator kit for a trim indicator shows washer# 7 in the assembly that slides into the tube along woth spacer, spring and push rod and then and end cap screws on-- according to the diagram. but in reality, the inside diameter of the tube is .800 same as the #10 washer, and the #7 washer is 1.500 so its way too big to fit, am i missing something or trying to put it together wrong?? has anyone else put one of these together or had this problem? look at the link below to see what im talking about.

the cable goes thru the cap, washer#10 goes in the slot on the cable to anchor the cable to the cap-tube assy. the spacer & spring go on next, screw the nut onto the end of the cable. the washer #7 is slid in to keep tension on the spring assy against the nut. now you screw the plunger onto the cable & tighten against the nut on the cable. now remove washer # 7 & install tube & tighten to cap.
