Looking for TRS Bellow part numbers 60932A4 or 54406A 1. I have seen both advertised for TRS but which one is right? do they both work on TRS?

I believe both are right. One is for exhaust and one for the drive shaft.

As Rookie stated they are both right. The 60932A4 is the drive shaft bellows, which I assume is most likely what your needing.

For the exhaust there are two different styles. The 54406A1 is a bellows type which clamps on both ends so all the exhaust goes out through the propeller. There is also one that is a straight tube, 786321 that only clamps on the fore end. It's the more popular of the two especially for performance. In fact you don't even need to run one on the exhaust if you don't want. Also it's not needed if you have thru transom exhaust, obviously. This link will show you both styles for the exhaust.
