Take a picture of the front of your motor and post it. Then we can show you right on your motor where it is and which side to unhook and flush. That should make it easier to understand.

I don't want to come off as a d!ck, but people have tried to explain it for a few days and your not getting it, hey its something your not used to working on. given what can go wrong (cooked motor) it may be time to take it somewhere. Hell, i don't know the first thing about fuel injection except that its supposed to squirt when the computer tells it to. Mines not working right. So instead of screwing stuff up I took it somewhere to get fixed right. I have done transoms, stringers all sorts of stuff, but EFI is not my forte' and I can definitly screw something expensive up trying to guess...

Yep, it's the front hose on the right of the thermostat housing. It come out to the right a few inches, takes a 90 down about 2-3 inches and connects to the oil cooler. I can see the oil line (1/2 inch line) connecting to the cooler on the right side from the oil filter.

I would pull the hose off the bottom of the oil cooler and put your finger up there to feel for any debris, before doing any back flushing, but yes it is the front hose on the right side of the picture. The same size hose that you pulled off the sea water pump. Make sure when you back flush it, that you remove the hose from the sea water pump.
Good luck and I hope you find your blockage.
