There is a school that advertises on Speed Vision. Marnine Mechanics institute? Sorry, but I don't have a number.

The Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando , Florida is supposed to be one of the best. At least they have a lot of students.
As for something in your country or in Europe I wouldn't know.

Florida Keys Community College had a comprehensive program that "Sparky" Carbonell (John Carbonell's brother) used to run that was good . . . can you handle living in Key West for a while? :D :D
