Help! Gasket material question

I have a gasket leaking on my gas tank sender. After looking around at all the local performance stores I could not find any sheet material that would work in stock. I eventually Got some from CP Performance in a sheet material. Its a Cellulose/Nitrile gasket. Is there anyone with known knowledge of this material that knows if it is fuel resistant? I have not found a for sure answer on the net and Jim at CP was not totally sure but said it should work. Also I am having trouble finding fuel resistant gasket dressing like hylomar. I cant find the permatex anywhere in stock. I need some help! :D

I would use Mercury Perfect Seal for a gasket dressing....
