Need help with 1992 awesome cat w/3 2.5 mercs
 

Need Help!!! I just bought this boat about 3 weeks ago. I stepped up from a 22' baja. If anyone has a boat like this please respond. Right now the boat has 28 pitch clevers. Is this too much prop? The boat seems to have a little bit of a problem getting on plane. I cleaned out the fuel tanks, changed fuel/water separators, put three new 1000 cca batteries, and put new spark plugs in all the motors. I would like to know about the charging system and possibly how to trouble shoot a problem. The boat does not have jack plates, but it does have stand off boxes. Right now the left and right side motors are 3" above the sponsons and the middle motor is higher than that. What height I don't know. Am I in the ball park as far as set up of all three motors? Any information will be a big help.
