Engine alarm package?
 

I've got a custom built quad rotor engine that runs flawlessly. But, it has no alarms on it at all. I think I averted near disaster this summer when the cooling system failed and I just happened to be stopping when it happened. On my old 496 alarm would sound if temps in the risers reached a certain point, and you'd shut it down. Is there an alarm package of some kind I can have installed? It's EFI, mefi 4, does the program have alarms for high temps and low oil pressure? Thanks.

Cole Hersee makes a kit, water temp, oil pressure. Alarm sounds.

Your boat probably has a factory alarm under the dash. It may just be a matter of installing a temp switch and hooking the wire up that might still be there
