What to expect from blueprinted bottom

Anybody out there have any reliable feedback when it comes to blueprinting the bottom of an offshore style boat, more specific being a 32 Sunsation?

Depends on how bad it is to start with. I've never heard of issues with a Sunsation from the factory, however they can develop. On my SH I've had some hook removed a while back and last winter some water intakes moved. I picked up 3 mph on top with the first mod then 5mph in midrange with the second. I don't know how much on top after the second mod.

That was my understanding about a sunny....they are usually a well made boat. I appreciate the info. What kind of boat do you have? U said your's is a "SH", but I'm not understanding.

Sunsation's bottoms are really very good right out of the mold and the strakes are also very sharp, the 32' does have a slight purpose built hook in the bottom, I removed the 3/16" X 18" only because my 32 is a single engine, otherwise I would not have touched the bottom.

Thanks for the info. Starting to see that there isn't much to be had with this mod on a sunny brand. Thanks

The best thing to do though is to call the factory and talk to either Wayne or Joe.

I've got a 34Super Hawaii with staggered engines. Not related at all to yours.
