Broke Bravo

Broke the drive on the Chicago to Racine OSO trip. Launched off a few waves with moderate rpm increases as boat left water. As I slowed to about 3500 rpm's drive let loose. Still goes into reverse, but no forward.

Any ideas as to which part(s) went?
Cost for parts?
Degree of difficulty for repair?

2000 26ZX Donzi, 502 EFI, Vortec supercharger 5 lb boost max.

I would say 1 of two things either a 50.00 washer or your upper gear floor. could be anywhere from 150.00 to 1200.00. I bet it was your left hand rotation drive and if it is, it is your upper gear floor or washer. Sorry I can not help more.

I just did the same thing last month. Blew the floor out of forward gear. I went to the upgraded XR gears. My total was about $1,700 including the labor but there was some wear on other parts too. Expect to pay a g. for the job if the floor went on forward. Hope that's not the case for you though. Good luck!
