Oil Pan ?
Are there any other wet sump oil pans out there other than a Stef's for making horsepower? The front motor plate is really the killer for marine pans.

My Hardin pan clears my mounts fine. Stock 8qt did not

I know there are a lot of Canton marine oil pans and boxes at the shop.
They hold 10qts. I can get you some part #'s if that is what you are looking for. |

I saw Eddies pans that he has fabricated when I was there last Christmas time and the pictures do them no justice. They are a awesome piece of work!

I was actually thinking of making a pan if I was going to make one I would build the front motor plate into the pan so you could get a good kickout on the right side of the motor...

On the contrary, I was less than pleased with some of the Stef pans I have seen. They just don't do it for me, but that's my opinion. I just had to plate the bottom of one because it was so thin that it was continuously cracking. We added 1/8" aluminum to the entire bottom of the pan. Eddie |
