Cutting a Bravo Lower (indexing the sections)
 

The lower section with the indexing jig in place.

The two sections together with the jig. I tacked them in place today. Chris from Sterndrive Specialties is sending me a lower gear-set, so I can check the shimming and back-lash. I think the only way to really tell if the gears are mating properly is with marking dye and do a visual check.
