Edelbrock Performer carbs?

My starboard engine is idleing high, which idle screw do I turn down Left or right?

The idle screw in on the right side of the carb looking at it from the front. The left and right screw on the base are mixture screws.

Mach...are you talking about the screw that is right under where the throttle cable ataches to the linkage ?

Yes, one is for the high idle when cold and the other is for the low idle. Look closely you'll see the difference. An owners manual for the carb will help also.
