yes you can. just leave steering arms in place and ignore them with full hyd to helm. at 90ish mph it is the system you must have. you sure those drives will handle that much power? not many stock components can be used above 80. what boat is it?
Boats a fountain 32. Im using bravos for now. 600hp is the output. I know I know you shouldn't be pushing that power through those drives but im gonna go soft on em. Back to to the question. Should i leave the bar in connecting the two drives and just pull the cylinders out? I think that should be ok if i have external steering on
