High Five 19 - 46 mph (4600rpm)
My prop 21 - 44 mph (4400rpm)

What prop should I have???

Motor 350 Magnum MPI (290 hp), Bravo 1.
Dry Weight: 3300 lbs.
The boat is bottompainted.

hmm that sound pretty low. I had a 205 glastron witha 260 hp 350. It liked the 21 hi5 . It did 57ish on gps. I would get a gps and dbl check the speeds and then look to the motor for weaknesses. You are triming it up propery??

I would expect your boat to run in the mid fifties. Look at your drive leg , it will have the gearing stamped on it near the ser#. If you have 1:50 gears a 21 " prop should be right and the rpm should be about 46-4800. At top speed your trim gauge should be between 1/4 and 1/3 of the way from the bottom. Get the boat up to top speed and slowly bring the trim up , when the prop starts to blow out due to being to trimed too high the boat will slow down and over rev.
hope this helps sj

Hi Manils,
what kind of mph. Nautical miles? If yes so you are in the mid fifty us miles. It's a little bit tricky because in Europe we use nautical miles(knots) or km/h

I can rev 4800-4900 before the prop starts to blow out and starts to slow down. But the speed will not get higher only 44-45 mph.
I have not used a GPS only check the tachometer.
It shows mph not knots ( i have imported the boat from the states)

When I drive the boat it feels like "it is glued to the surface".

hmm sure sounds like its not lifting the bow when you trim it. But you say you are trimming it till it blows???? Im stuck. Youre not running at high altitude are you?

Did you check your gearing.... the reason I asked about alt.. is the higher you go the less power you make. Your prob is a stumper for me.
