Default HELP! Engine overheated........

I got the alpha in some shallow sandy stuff while leaving a beach area and a couple minutes later the engine got very hot with no water flow out the exhaust.

Where do I start? Split the drive and check the impeller, check all hoses for blockage.

Put a hose on, pull the engine feed hose and see if you have flow. If you do, time to pull the water pump apart.

If you don't get any water through the drive (on the hose).Leave the hose off the transom assy. and disc. hose from ps cooler at thermostat housing and flush backwards and watch for crap coming out.

Thumbs up Problem resolved THANKS!!!!!!!!!!

I seem to be learning more about these I/Os everyday, being a jet man in my prior life.

When I trimmed up to beach the boat the GD water feed hose fell off the drive. Very simple problem but hard as hell to get that little hose back on.
