Mercury Zero Effort Throttle Wiring
 

Hello!

Bought a used Zero Effort control today (single enginge with trim switch) and attached to the shifter its a harness of 5 cables.

Two of them Yellow and Yellow/Red comes from the Shift handle and Red/Blue/Green from the Throttle Handle

Im gonna replace my ultraflex handle with a addon trimswitch from Rex marine.

What cables do i need and where to connect them?

Also adding that the controls been used on an outboard before so maybe some cables are for some specific function on outboard engines?

Red=power to trim switch
Green= down trim
Blue=up trim

Yellow and Red/Yellow are for neutral safety switch.

Just put male bullet connectors on all of them and then female bullet connectors on the wires they connect to.
