Need to figure out manufacturer of this ram..I need to get the bleeders.

Never seen rams that had bleeders before.
Check at brake shop, hydraulic shop or on http://www.mcmaster.com/#

Those bleeders look vulnerable IMHO. I've never seen that before either. It almost looks home-made.

I'd look into plugging those bleeders with set screws, and bleed it like most other Hydraulic Steering systems: keep filling up the reservoir, and swing the wheel lock-to-lock with the engine running.

bleeders below the pump pretty much useless...air bleeds back thru pump
