motors bogging ? fuel pressure maybe?
 

So all of a sudden my starboard motor is not hitting WOT like it should.it used to hit 4500 rpm and then she started only hitting 4000rpm so I changed the wire's, distributor cap and rotor and it still only hit 4000 rpm after playing with things(checking throttle linkage and so forth) It seems to actually be going slower as my sea trials go on now it seems to only be hitting 3500-3700 rpm and boggs if I try to push it any harder. Could this just be my mechanical fuel pump quiting on me? Or something else?

Well check the fuel pressure. When mine was low the engine was down on

Did you pull the plugs, what do they look like?
