1" or 2" carb spacer

I am running a blended ( 4 hole to open ) billet aluminum 1" spacer on a Edelbrock air gap manifold. 509 bbc 500 hp. Will a 2 inch same type blended spacer help?

That's usually a trial and error thing.

I run 2" spacers. We dynoed 1" spacers and did better down low and in the middle but only a couple of HP at 5700. The 2" was less in the middle, but surprisingly add 20hp at the top. It's all a matter of what the engine combo likes best of course, but most of the folks I've talked with always did better numbers with the 2".

Yep, that's what they look like. I was gonna save you $75 plus whatever shipping cost you. Oh well.
