How are the control cables removed.....Do you remove the pin that holds the cables at the bottom, then swing the cable a certain direction to remove.....or do you need to remove the 3 bolts and disasemble each section?????

You remove the pin at the bottom and roll the cable out of the arm. You have to move the cable all the way to the other side to roll it out. You only need to loosen the bolts if you intend to reverse drive rotation.
