Alternates for Bravo drives

I haven't seen too much about the success rates for Bravo replacements. Drives like IMCO, Teague, B Max etc. What's the overall success ratings for these drives when powered in the 600-700-800 hp range ?

Teague seems a good choice because of their good standing and warranty. What's the most popular one ?

I'm needing new drives and am looking for feedback.

The Max Worx stuff seems to hold up pretty good. My buddy only got 10hrs out of a stock xr and it was roaches. Put max Worx parts in it ran all summer 6000 rpm 5-blade prop and no less than 6000rpm. It going to get pulled apart over the winter but the way he drives I'd say it held up well. I have all the max Worx parts in my xr and it lasted 40 hrs behind a 632 that only ran wide open. It's going to get pulled apart over the winter also. As much as we beat on them I don't think they did bad.

There are a lot of alternatives like Max Machine, and Teague that have aftermarket parts. I cant comment on everyone but the Max Machine top cap with upgraded 7/16 studs helps a lot. The top cap is huge and the bigger studs must give the top cap area rigidity.

***The true alternative is to stop using a "Bravo" based drive and go with the new IMCO SCX or Arneson.
