I got the GRP reservoirs from KE Performance. They anodized them for the same price but they do not come with o rings to mount to the pump. I picked up some Viton o rings from Granger size 239 pack of 5 for $20. I haven't installed them yet, deer season just ended yesterday.

I finally bought 2 of the GRP reservoirs. Ordered the o-rings for the pump mating area for $3 same time I got the reservoirs.
I was going through about 1/2 of a plastic reservoir full of fluid or more per week.
Tired of the mess. Hope this resolves my leak problems. My pumps are a mix of the single screw on the bottom and 4 screws at the flange.
I went with only 2 because the 3rd reservoir isn't leaking "yet" 😒 and not exactly sure the GRP are compatable with the single screw pump pickups yet.
Plus I wanted to confirm this was going to fix my issues before replacing all 3.
For the $20 shipping, I probably should have just bought 3. 😱

F_inscreenname...
I understand your thinking if the boat was being used and leaking.
Mine leak sitting at the dock not being used.
Washed off with solvent and dried, come back a week later and the reservoir was almost empty. .

I'm sorry but went to answer the 1st page and didn't see there was a second so my post was already done.
I will say that every pump that I have had leak was either a broken tank or bad seal. You can get the O rings at home depot. Beside that I have 3 trim pumps on two boats and not a drop out of them.

Found my leak. Plastic reservoir was cracked down the back side next to the bulkhead. Wouldn't be able to see it without removing pump from mounts.

Bolted the GRP reservoir onto pump. Nice snug fit. But it sticks out past the mounting flange for the bulkhead bracket. So I don't put the reservoir on a bind, I'm trying to decide if I want to machine off the 1/16" off the reservoir, or just put shims under bracket.

Shim the bracket. Leave the pump alone. Shim the bracket.

I cannot remember the brand or the models. But fixed mine by replacing the single bolt style that came up thru the center of the plastic tank to the style that had 4 screws holding the tank to the pump at the corners.
