And look at the section of heat vs valvespring psi changes as installed. Oil cools your valvetrain. Use plenty of oil and make sure your oil cooler keeps it to the correct temp. |
need the cooling to valve springs...in drag race engine not run long enough to be a issue...

oil cools and carrys the heat back to the cooler to release the heat into the water and out the system.

A friend called me and asked about oil restrictors,he was told he needs them, it is a solid roller motor. The instructions say on the lifters not use restrictors.
