Procharger intercooler corrosion

Where do these commonly fail. My aw504 is about 15 yrs. old? I plan on pressure testing before I install on new motor. Any other tips. Thanks in advance!

Put 20 lbs. of pressure to it. Gauge didn't budge for 4 hrs.
