American Offshore vs Eliminator tall deck

OK, I'm looking at a 97 American offshore vs a 2003 Eliminator Daytona tall deck. Both have 500 efi! One claims 109, the other102. All I want s 100mph boat that I can stay n for a week at a time. What are your thoughts?

What length? i feel like those speeds are pretty opyimistic for a 500efi in just about anything.

May depend on what's towing it. I would think the newer hull would ride better, but without knowing what size boats you're comparing I doubt anyone can truly answer your question.

sorry but neither of those boats will run 100 mph with a 500efi in stock form.my 26 american offshore ran 106 with 900 hp.i don,t know about the eliminator but the ao does not have a cabin so sleeping on it will be a little tough.

American offshore 86-87mph with light load 2600 model

Sorry, they are both 28' with twin 500 efi. I test drove the Eliminator and it GPS 101. I bought it! I really like the double entry on the American Offshore cuddy, but the Daytona is so sweet.

i did not know american offshore ever made a 28 footer.i don,t think a american offshore 31 will break 100 with 500s.maybe quest will chime in,il bet he knows about the ao,s.

I didnt realize what I put on here till you said that, the AO I was looking at to compare to the 28 Daytona was a 31, with pro charged 502's. That probably sounds more realistic.
