Performance Distributors

Has anyone tried the distributors from Performance Distributors and were they good?

Not being a big fan of the MC Thunderbolt ignitions, I started looking at different distributors last year and found the DUI. Bought and installed one, along with a set of their LiveWires, last October and so far I am very pleased with it. Have only had it out once this year, but it ran great. One wire hookup (two with a tach). Very easy install. They will custom curve it for you if your not stock.

I've had good luck with my DUI. One power lead and one for the tach and you're up and running.

I've been using MSD..Timing locked out no advance.. no problems Marine version

I hn running msd,s on my other boats.i bought 2 msd ready to run distributors that are clones.wasnt really crazy about the chit made in china,,,,,but iam pretty sure the msd is made there too.so far no issues and the price is rite,under 200.00 at jegs.everything msd works on them and they can go vacuum or mechacal.jus like msd,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I carry a spare.
