Intake manifold gasket question 454/330
 

Is there a specific intake manifold gasket kit for peanut port or just use standard oval port gasket?
Was looking at fel-pro # 17340 but port size is std oval not peanut. Any problem here?

Those will work fine. Don't worry about the openings being larger.
Note: If you have a large oval intake, even with peanut heads, you'll need to use large oval intake gasket.

Sb thank you, just wanted to get it right, wasn't sure if larger gasket created unwanted swirl.
Manifold is edelbrock # 2161 peanut sized dual plane.

Swirl ? Like from creamy to chunky ?
