Intense marine

Does any one on here remember a company in Florida by the name of intense marine and could any one tell me what happened to them Or what is the name of the company now?

Intense Marine was in N.Miami, in the old Formula factory off Biscayne blvd. Was owned by Scott Mander. I used to buy parts from them, Good guy. Not sure where they are now but a Google search says Speed & Custom marine in Quincy Fl.
