Default Volvo prop ?

Anyone know how Volvo E and F series props are assembled/manufactured? They are stainless with a permanent brass hub with some type of plastic isolator? I have a prop that has not "spun" the hub, but somehow managed to walk forward on the inner hub and am wondering if and how I can move it back?

Any help/insight would be appreciated.

Thats what I was thinking, but am not sure that it will work if there is some type of vulcanized rubber that hold the inner brass hub to the stainless prop itself? Cant see that with the plastic rings between the 2 and I wasnt quite prepared to go invasive on the prop just yet?
