Steering options for bravo with HP Gimbal for 20' used boat

I have a 20'7" eliminator v bottom with pad, 454 magnum CMI headers running 82 MPH. Upgraded the gimbal to an HP gimbal.

Considering full hydraulic, or the high performance HPS Teleflex. (The HPS has 50% less play over the stock cable)

The cost of the hydraulic is huge compared to the value of my 25 year old boat (close to half the value of my boat for dual rams)

Now that the gimbal is upgraded to the HP, I'm hoping that weak link is gone and upgrading the cables to new Teleflex will be fine??

If not, what are my hydraulic steering options?

Also, the HPS has two versions rack and pinion or rotary with two options, normal and zero feedback. I like the feel of the torque steer (I have full hydraulics on my tunnel, and its weird to me to feel nothing) BUT, if the zero feedback has advantages, I'm game.

Thanks!

Imco made a kit that located a external hydraulic ram to a commonly aval dual ram cap that tied into the existing saginaw valve mounted to the transom.
