may not be a difference

It may not be a difference. Although it has more lift, it also has a higher LSA. 110 compared to 114.

I haven't tried it myself to know, but who knows?

Cams

You can run a bigger camshaft in an EFI motor than you can in a carb motor because of the more precise fuel metering, ignition timing and idle stabilization provided by the computer. You don't have to rely on a good vacuum signal to the carb.
