Any one know where i can get a windshield frame for my 1996 checkmate convincer 242. I think its made by taylor.

Call the Checkmate factory. They are extremely helpful and reasonable with parts.

I have most of a NOS windshield, (both fronts and both curved sections-not the smaller side sections) that was supposed to fit my 97 Persuader. However, it doesn't and I don't have a clue which model Checkmate it does fit. The curved Lexan section is not long enough for my boat. My windshield was made by Campbell, but they shut their doors years ago. When I talked to Mike Combs at the time I bought the windshield, he said that they used Campbell back then and switched to Taylor after the shutdown. Check the starboard side of the windshield on the curved section and if it's Campbell, it should (hopefully) have a little sticker in the bottom corner. As many times as I have cleaned the boat, I didn't know there was a name sticker on the windshield until Mike told me where to look.
If it happens to be a Campbell windshield, measure each section, I will check this new one to see if it might work for you. When I bought this one, Mike said it was their last remaining Campbell windshield.
