Head gaskets

I am looking for a thinner head gasket than the typical .039 thickness for a 4.29 bore mark iv 454, like around .027. Cometic makes a marine series, but all the bores are 4.5 and larger. The non-marine gasket has basically the same description, "stainless steel layers", so I don't know what the difference is. Would the non marine gasket be ok? I boat in salt, brackish, fresh water and flush typically after every ride.

Non-marine version:

Marine, but larger bore:

Any other sources of a marine head gasket in this thickness for a .040 over 454? They seem to be hard to find, and twice the cost.

Thanks

All, I called them and they told me they are both made from the same stainless.
Thanks
