575 Fuel injection solution

4 Attachment(s)
We have made a replacement fuel injection system for the antiquated throttle body injection that comes on the 575 SCI. We have eliminated the leaking and failure prone injectors in favor of (8) EV1 style injectors in the size of your choice. The kit includes everything needed to make the swap. It should take the average person about 2 hours per engine to replace the injection. All needed wiring, fasteners and plumbing is included. The kit includes a custom built base plate that houses the 8 injectors, pre-installed injector harness, fuel rails, injectors, plumbing, block off plates for the throttle bodies, etc.(not everything is shown in pictures below) Not only will the injectors perform better, they will support huge power gains. We can install any size injector that you want to support your power. You will also get the added benefit of increasing airflow through the throttle bodies by removing the stock injectors, since they sit right in the throat of the throttle body, blocking airflow. Tests have shown over 100 cfm increase per throttle body. You retain your stock linkage, flame arrestor, fuel system, etc. The ecm will need to be calibrated, which we can do.

Sweet, now I just need a good used 575 to put under that beautiful piece.

Have you put it on a dyno yet?

I am not sure how much gain there would be on a stock 575, where this really comes into play is when you get close to running out of injection (with more boost larger cam). If I planned on keeping my 575 this would be on it, I would have selected a larger cam if this was available when I built my motor.

We did a 575 that was pretty heavily modified. It made a little over 700 hp. Of course, it had alum heads, larger hyd roller cam, etc.
I haven't had the opportunity to dyno a bone stock 575 with my setup.
