whats the best way to trim both drives with one switch?
1988 mercruiser ; whats the best way to trim both drives with one switch? im thinking have a separate switch with both wired to it then tweek them individually because they trim slightly different speeds.... what do you think?

yes...third switch with diodes so the individual switch don't back feed the other when doing one at a a time...

They also make double pole switches than you don't need diodes.

Put 2 switches on the throttles 1 for drives and 1 for tabs, did it last year on our boat and its one of the best improvements I've done so far.

Livorsi sells the switch kit complete with instructions, you have to call in and ask for it.
