Looking for Cam Manufacturer

Supposedly, this cam is in the engine of the boat that I acquired this summer. The cam card does not say who the manufacturer is.
The cam grind # is: HRT 3011-3001-14

All of the information is on a yellow card.
I am trying to figure out if this cam is for "blower" application.
The B&M literature that I received from Holley states that a LSA of 114 degrees is desirable for marine blower engines. The therory is that the chance of blowing the air/fuel mixture out the exhaust valve is minimized with a wider LSA.

This cam card does not give the LSA but does give numbers that say: Lobe Seperation 110 intake 118 exhaust
Duration @ .050" 231 intake 236 exhaust
Lobe Lift 351 intake 360 exhaust
Seat duration @ .006 291 intake 296 exhaust
Gross Valve Lift ratio 1.7 297 intake 613 exhaust
Degree #1 intake lobe to ATDC 110
