Need a trim actuator clap

Need one of the clamps for my trim actuator it's a R.G.Ray Corp clamp part #207-40 anyone have one or know where to get one?

So I stop buy my local Merc dealer he spends about 20 minutes trying to find it and says $15, OK order me one then he says the nut is extra $4.75 each and they only come in a package of 5.............. $23.75 for the nut WTF

Why not just get the nut at a hardware store?
