Are these things water tight ?

I have a 2007 300xs PCM off a boat that flipped in fresh water. Looks like they don't come apart just want to see how corroded the internals are if at all.

Any experience if these electronics are dipped ???

I hate to use it for it o lot to die in a few months!!!
