I know a mplus is a bow lifter. I was going to try a q4 in spring.

I just realized I have a 25p Mirage plus (not a 23p) spinning 5000rpm. My peak hp was 5600rpm.

That does make more sense given your rpm vs speed you mentioned. Doesn't change much though at least with what you you need to do moving forward. Just a prop size. If I had a 25 cleaver on the shelf I'd send it to you to try. If I'm not mistaken the antimidator would be a 26. Not 100% though. You'll be amazed how differently the boat will handle, respond, etc.

Good luck though.
When you get a chance take a measurement to see how far below your propshaft center is below boat bottom. All you really need is a straight edge and a tape measure to get apprx.

24 antimidator might be the ticket also. If I recall a 25 p mirage to a 24 3 blade antimidator was about 300-400 rpm's more with the 24. 23 mirage was about identacle top rpm as 24 antimidator. BBC just doesn't even sound right at 5k. Lol..

Mine is a generation newer, but I really like the Bravo that I've been using. I believe both 242's use the same bottom, but don't quote me. May be worth a try.
