Mercruiser 496 Fuel Pressure Regulator-2004 Cool Fuel
 

Specification says Fuel Pressure Boost Pump 7 psi (48 kPa), EFI Pump 43 psi (296 kPa). This is for key on engine not running, fuel pumps running. What will/should be the actual fuel pressure with intake manifold vacuum reference to fuel pressure regulator....
1.) at idle?
2.) at WOT?

1) idle if I had to guess 32-34
2) wot should be the same as key on engine off 43 (zero vacuum)
