Question on bravo gimble

Hello all.
Working on the final rigging on my project.
On the bilge side of the gimble, there are two "ports". One on the left slightly below the water I let fitting appears to be the remote gear lube reservoir port.
My question is what is the one on the right above the drive shaft with the white fitting on it?

Oh, ok. So no pitot tube then. The speedo gets its water through the drive water pickup?

I have a GPS speedo, so I'll just plug it then.

i must say the project looks GOOD.nice&clean and i dig the dry sump oiling.
