Iirc there is a plug above the fuel pump boss that if left out won't necessarily leak at idle but shoots oil out pretty bad at higher rpms. Had a drag car motor brought to me for that once a while back.

In your other post you mention someone told you the mechanic is a pill head...........pretty sure i found your problem.

They were not dyno'd on stand just built then back to mechanic and in boat. stock valve covers are still on boat...Two procharged motors but only newly rebuilt one leaks, both superchargers went back to Procharger last year and both were still in perfect shape. They just resealed them and sent back. |
