All Surface drives have a slight learning curve as compared to an IO BUT their characteristics are easily adapted to...and the benefits far out weight any short comings. PLUS ask SUT30 I could run in real shallow water lol

You won't be able to get on plane. If you somehow manage to, you better hope it's smooth because they can't run in the rough. If you actually make it to your destination you will run into the first dock you come to. When you jump in to check for damage you'll lose a leg. When your kid jumps in to help he'll likely lose an eye or an arm. Sorry, couldn't resist.

Actually the government is working on a Federal Mandate to outlaw all Surface drives because of their record.

Also might possibly do a Statewide sweep of owners required to turn the drives in or they will be jailed and the drives and vessel they are attached to will be forfeited to the federal government .

Many marinas have already posted No Surface Drives signs around the docks because of the overwhelming loss of property from people trying to Dock those Monsters.

Meanwhile, Rick just keeps Peddling his Instruments of Death to the Unknowing public.:evilb:
