1996 formula 27 sr1 graphics

I am trying to remove the graphics off of a boat they are original I have used a heat gun and tried the eraser for vinyl with heat and razor blade it comes off in small pieces what do you'll recommend

Are the graphics painted imron? If so you may need to wet sand them out
