Where to buy windshield grommets for windshields?

Where to buy windshield grommets for windshields? The bottom part is white rubber. I am redoing my windshield on my 2000 Scarab AVS.

Taylor does not make the ventrui window nor do they have parts.

Shoulder Washer, Sleeve Washer, Insulating washer. hmnmm still cannot find yet. This is for the delrin windshiled in scarabs.
Any more leads?
