flushing without Drives?
 
Anyone know who makes the plates for Flushing motors without Drives mounted? I know I have seen them ....m

Haven't seen one, but think it could be made easy enough with a piece of Plexiglas. Dill 4 holes for the bolts and one for the garden hose quick connect. Need 4 tubes to use as spacers over the bolt studs to take up the distance, then install the nuts. Doesn't need to seal tight

made a quick one from plywood .....Actually have a flush port on the transom .... just dont water to back up thru the Transom Assembly and trash the gimbal bearing ....

It can't back up into where the gimbal bearing is. There a hose through the transom assembly to nipple inside that the 1 1/4" hose connects to and goes to the sea pump, I just take the hose off the nipple and put the garden hose inside it

Perko as they have a valve that blocks water from going out the drive side of the pickup hose that you "T" inbetween the drive and impeller pump.
