on the front of the air horne their is a list number,tell me what that number is and i can tell you what size holley you have.

Edelbrock Marine , I'm and Old School Holley guy , But the Edelbrocks are by far the best for a bone stock pleasure boat app. We've installed probably 40ish
on everything from Ski Nautiques to 30' Scarabs , and haven't had one complaint or issue in 5 years.

the gain from 715 to 750 cfm carb would depend on the carb itself,not all 750s are created equally.imo the gain from a good 750 will probibally not be worth the cost for a stock 350.

Best bang for buck is rebuild the holley you already have.

I don't think you will notice much difference on a stock 350.

Not to open a can of worms, but mathematically, on it's best day, a stock 350 only moves 506 cfm of air at 5000 rpm, assuming 100% volumetric efficiency - which will really never happen.

If it was me, I would keep what you have, rebuild it and be happy; unless there is some major performance issue with it..
