hardin marine vs stainless marine question

The Hardin Marine part number 62038038 and the stainless marine part number 520-SM454 KXL , are these pretty much the same? just trying to get some info before I purchase, its going on a procharged m3 454 magnum with a heavy cam in it , trying to cut down on reversion
