Just so people know, these where standard on the Volvo 600HP NA motors.

Thats right.......Thats what I have them on. No reversion issues, as standard tail pipes were dry to the tip

So....what did you come out with for total lengths ?
where the tails bolt to the manifold/headrs to the very end where exhaust enters atmosphere ?

Finally had time to measure and get on line
Inboard pipes- 68"
Outboard- 46"

So I finally got this thing together and holy sh!t does it run better with this exhaust!
Engines are smoother and sound different, instead of a drone with the Gils its more of a nice crisp cackle, AFRs 12.5-7 at cruise, a little fat at idle but going to tune that. Need to put some more hrs on it to check fuel burn numbers. I did have some prop work done too, but cruise went from 41-42 @ 4100 with 2-4 adults to 47 @ 4050 wit 8 adults and full fuel/water. Didn't try top end, was too heavy, but that's next.

Are you running wet or dry tails?
